Ever since I prepare a traditional cuisine, a cuisine made with genuine and quality ingredients, without following “trends” and criterions showed on television or invented from peculiar gastronomically critics.

Our restaurant accompanies you into an oasis of gastronomically pleasure, enriched with a sincere and familiar cordiality.
You will find the ideal atmosphere for your lunches, which will leave to you and your guests the savour of a special day. Our restaurant is situated in a hotel, this is true, but…is different!

Our most affectionate regular customers know that the quality of our dishes and of our preparations is the result of the professionalism of our chefs. They accustom us with a healthy and fine cuisine in a cosy ambience, ideal destination for lunches and ceremonies, banquets and meetings…but also for a romantic dinner searching for traditional dishes.

Since 1982, our restaurant has grown thanks to the commitment of the whole family Cortese, which still nowadays is directing it and is curing all the details, following every phase of the preparation of the dishes, let alone the service of our collaborators, well-mannered and professional.

The available halls can receive up to 150 people, adding, during the nice season, further 100 places in a large and cured dehor, where there is a possibility of relaxing and enjoy the fresh air coming from the near hills of Parco del Gran Paradiso.

During the whole year we arrange several periods with particular menus, in order to give the possibility to taste the typical dishes prepared with elaborated recipes from our chefs. Here’s the time of bollito, the one of bagna cauda, of mushrooms, of mixed fried, of cheeses.
